MAY 16, 2024 UPDATE: The new Water License (A0_ _ _) reporting form for Water Year 2023 is available for use along with Statement Number (S0_ _ _) reporting for Water Years 2023 and 2022. On account of the delays encountered in releasing the new Water License reporting form, the Delta Watermaster has officially extended the May 15, 2024 deadline to June 15, 2024 for both WY 2023 Water License reports and Statement Number (S0_ _ _) reports that are filed through the Delta ACP. Please file your reports as soon as possible and prior to this new deadline; no further extensions are expected.

Set your boundaries

Confirm the boundary of your place of use (POU) for each individual water statement number. This boundary will enable the Delta ACP to retrieve evapotranspiration data from OpenET for your POU.

Review your data

The Delta ACP will give you a preview of your evapotranspiration (ET) data that it retrieved from OpenET. OpenET provides data from multiple satellite-driven models that are used to map ET, and provides a single “ensemble ET” value that is calculated from those models for each location and timestep. The OpenET project team includes national and international experts in remote sensing of ET, cloud computing, and web development. If you believe there is an error with the ET data for your POU, please notify us.

Deliver your report

After confirming your boundary and reviewing the ET data, you can complete the rest of your Supplemental Statement of Diversion and Use reports. Most of the fields in the report will be prepopulated with OpenET data and previous report responses. The Delta ACP will send completed reports to the California State Water Resources Control Board.
